The Rush - Page 1 by AmateurUnleaded The Rush - Page 1 by AmateurUnleaded
So here it is, folks - a big multi page collaboration between :icondarkwill94: and I.

There are plenty of themes in the TF community, specifically the FMG and/or growth communities. Often you have amazon chicks beating the tar out of men or lifting some improbably large object to demonstrate how strong they are. What you see less often (and what Emppu and I have been working on) is a troubled girl finding solace and, eventually, strength through the metaphor of FMG. Effectively, what is inside becomes outside; the girl was strong all along and all that.

So perhaps this growth isn't literal (or is it?), but the more important thing is this: sit back, because it'll be a hell of a ride. Hang on tight.

This reminds me of the darkness the way it takes ove the body.

Very metaphysical, ZP - the darkness that lives within everyone, you mean?

Well.....I actually meant The Darkness from the comics and the game....but that works to. :P

Had never heard of it myself, so I suppose I'll have to look it up. ;)

No I'm pretty sure the growth is literal.

Alright! This going to be good! :) Alas, for some reason though I can not escape for thinking of the "troubled or torn spirit" of the werewolf metaphor.

That did cross my mind, but the werewolf metaphor involves submitting your mind to the beast, whereas with FMG we hope to go towards acknowledging your pain and using it, rising above it to become stronger - basically, let your inner strength expand and fill you.
